1.  Warranty: 

• Parts : All products come with their respective manufacturers 12 months Return To Base warranty and are subject to the warranty conditions of each manufacturer unless state otherwise.
• Systems : Unless otherwise stated, All Computer Systems come with 1 year Parts and 2 years Labour (Hardware only) Return To Base Limited Warranty.
• Mouse, Keyboards, Headphone Sets and all other wearable products come with 3 months Limited Warranty.
• Scanners come with 1 year Return To Base Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
• Printers' Warranties are covered by the manufacturers' 1 year Return To Authorized Service Centres.
• Original Invoice must be presented for any Warranty claims.
• Any Warranty supplied is not an instant replacement Warranty, although we do try our best to minimize the turn around time, Replacements or fixed back Parts from Warranty claims carry only the balance of Warranty term from the original purchase data.
• Software problems and System incorrectly setups are not covered by warranty.
• Removal of any ETC Computers' labels from ETC Systems and Parts or Unauthorized usage will void the Warranty.
• Ownership of Systems and/or Parts remains the property of ETC Computers until full payment is received.

2. All prices are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST (15% from 1/10/2010) and freight, and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Web links are provided for your convenience, however product information and pricing etc. found via web links may not apply to products available for purchase in New Zealand.

4.  Any system sold with Parts only is covered by one year Parts Return To Base Warranty.

5.   Refunds, Return and Refusal of Shipment (within 7 days of purchase):  Attract 20% restocking Fee. Video cards, CDROM, DVDROM Drives, and CD Writers attract 30% restocking fee.  Shipping charges and credit card (2%) charges will not be refunded.  All Returns MUST be in Resalable Condition with complete packaging/manuals/software.  All returns must be accompanied by the Original Invoice.

6.  Due to availability, other components may be substituted by ETC Computers instead of the listed items.

7.  Prices listed already reflect a 2% discount for cash, EFTPOS and bank cheque, Personal cheque also is accepted but need 5 days to clear. Please add 2% extra if paying by credit card (VISA and Master card accepted only).

8.  Finance is Available!!(through Credit Capable - 09-9734061 ).

9.  W hile every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, ETC Computers will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information contained herein.

10. Please note that not all products have full retail packaging as they are OEM units.  Please give us a call if you are unsure.

11. All Items are Subject To Availability.  Listing does not indicate quantity of stock-on-hand, please call or email us to check on the availability of items and their updated prices.

12.    Limitation of Liability:

•  End-user/Purchaser has full control and knowledge of information, data and software stored on the System and will be responsible for such information, data and software and their use, including, but not limited to, installed 3rd-party software, all of the user's personal setting preferences, contents and backup files.
• Any recovery task (whether or not attempted by ETC Computers) to restore the System to its original default settings may destroy some or all data, it is End User/Purchaser responsibility to backup all important data and/or applications before undertaking or allowing a potentially destructive task. ETC Computers will not be liable for any losses of any kind or any delay in performing obligations caused by any natural disaster, or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, network service failure, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
• ETC Computers' liability to purchaser shall be limited to the value of any products or service supplied.

13. ETC Computers reserves the right to amend any of the above terms at our discretion.
